Phase 1 - Pre-Assessment
- Complete the church planter interest form on this page.
- Have a conversation with church planting office at ALSBOM
- Complete Discovery Packet
- Solidify a sponsor church
- Talk to Associational Mission Strategist of local Baptist association
- Complete church planter application on NAMB platform
Phase 2 - Assessment
- Complete Online Assessments on NAMB platform
- Complete Development Packet
- Attend Assessment Retreat
- Meet with church planting catalyst for assessment results
Phase 3 - Post-Assessment
- Start receiving funding
- Participate quarterly in church planting training cohort
- Meet monthly with church planting coach
- Report monthly about what God is doing through the plant
- Gather regionally with other church planters
Phase 4 - Established Church
- Cooperate with ALSBOM to facilitate more church planting in Alabama
